I just finished moving in . The only thing that I would suggest is letting the customer know in advance how much it will cost to move in ,.I rented at end of month , I figured it would be a full month however when I got there I was expected to pay full month plus prorated amount.

Great price. Paperwork was quick, don't know why people gave that a 3. Front desk had things ready and I had only made my online reservation that same day. I gave clean a 4 out of 5 (would be more like 4.75) because there were some things (trash?) sitting around. This had no impact on me, but couldn't give a Squeaky Clean with debris sitting around.

Had two storage units in Texas after my wife died. I remarried and moved back to Tulsa area. Found Area 51 and good price on climate controlled unit with senior discount. It was beautiful. Climate controlled allowed my new wife, who is not heat tolerant, to be able to help me organize the unit without becoming sick

Highly recommend Area 51 to all who like storing their stuff. Nice clean and secure units. The alien encounters are more likely after dark because their eyes are less stressed from our sun. Reese’s Pieces are of course their favorite.

I rented this unit because it was close to me, climate controlled, and offered the best price. The service has been incredible. It is a family owned business, and the unit is brand new. I'm a little worried about humidity, but the unit never exceeds 75 degrees F. The service is friendly and flexible.
