The staff made sure I had everything I needed, and showed me the unit before I paid for anything. The 10x20 unit had plenty of drive in space and was very clean. The only thing I could wish to do differently was the amount of paperwork that had to be filled out, some times the same info on multiple forms. Some of this could be filled out online and duplicated before I even got there. That would make the experience A+

I was in need of a storage unit and went to Alcatraz in Tulsa and had the best customer service experience ever! I even had my children with me and the owners made it an easy paperwork process while my kids were there as well, which is important! With the purchase of my storage unit, I was even able to use their truck to haul my belongings to my unit for free. On top of the customer service being fantastic, the units are extremely clean, easy to access and the security is top of the line. I love it and recommend them to everyone and anyone!
